A. WINCH SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FOR A NOMINAL FEE. SOME
CONDITIONS APPLY TO INOPERATIVE VEHICLES, SO BE SURE TO CHECK
BEFORE BOOKING YOUR SHIPMENT.
Q. HOW LONG DOES A DELIVERY USUALLY TAKE?
A. MOST DELIVERIES ARE ACCOMPLISHED IN 2 TO 4 DAYS FROM THE
TIME OF PICKUP.
Q. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE AFTER I BOOK A SHIPMENT?
A. YOU ARE CALLED THE DAY BEFORE PICKUP TO SET UP AN
APPOINTMENT TIME. WHEN THE DRIVER ARRIVES, HE WILL DO AN
INSPECTION OR CONDITION REPORT ON THE CAR, WHICH YOU WILL GET A
COPY OF BEFORE LOADING. WHEN THE VEHICLE ARRIVES AT THE
DESTINATION, THE RECIPIENT WILL VERIFY THE CONDITION AND SIGN OFF
ON IT. THIS PROVIDES PEACE OF MIND FOR ALL PARTIES.
Q. HOW DO I PAY FOR THE MOVE?
A. YOU MAY PAY THE DRIVER AT PICKUP OR DELIVERY IN THE FORM OF
CASH, BANK CHECK OR VISA, MASTERCARD* (SOME CONDITIONS APPLY)
Q. WHAT IF SOMETHING GETS DAMAGED?
A. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF A MISHAP, MINUTEMAN TRANSPORT IS
RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE FROM THE TIME WE SIGN THE BILL OF
LADING AT TIME OF PICKUP TO THE TIME YOU SIGN OFF ON THE DELIVERY.
